Indications:

1. Cerebral palsy causes excessive muscle tension, joint deformation, lower limb weakness, knee flexion, knee reflexion when walking.

2. Poliomyelitis causes muscle atrophy and weakness; uneven feet, long and short feet.

3. Severe deformation of the lower limbs caused by trauma, resulting in inability to walk upright, etc.
